Lynn is a federal civil tax litigation attorney with over 25 years of experience. Her practice focuses on representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
A seasoned litigator, Lynn is just one of a few tax attorneys to have litigated the validity of penalties under the Bank Secrecy Act. She has also litigated extensively in bankruptcy court and has assisted clients on a range of issues, including a restrictive covenant case which was recognized by California Labor and Employment Bulletin as a top 10 development in trade secrets and unfair competition in 2015.
